Walden - SE Calgary Real Estate


Walden is a new 620-acre community located just south of Chaparral in Southeast Calgary, off 194 Ave SE to the north and Macleod Trail SE to the west. The community is named after the famous nature book written by Henry David-Thoreau, yet built for the modern homeowner.

It is important to note that Walden is not yet complete. It is a major development with commercial buildings in addition to semi-detached, single-family and condominium housing options -- the epitome of a master plan. Near the entrance Avi Urban Development built a series of popular townhomes. Transit
