I focus most of my attention on internet marketing and providing exposure for your property through a medium that the buyers are using for their real estate search.

Buyers are searching for properties online. In 2008, according to the National Association of REALTORS®, 87% of all home buyers used the Internet to search for homes. EIGHTY-SEVEN PERCENT! Clearly the buyers are turning to the information online for their property search, and that is where I focus my marketing.

I also believe that someone selling their home should have a "good fit" with their REALTOR®. This relationship is extremely important, as you are about to sell one of your most important investments. If there is not a good fit with your prospective Realtor, then I strongly advise you to choose somebody else to help you....you will regret it if you don't find that "good fit".
