Seton - SW Calgary Real Estate

Seton is a wonderfully well-rounded community. This urban development unique to Calgary consists of 365 acres, 16 of which are devoted to a park. For residents looking for safety there really is no better option with South Health Campus of Alberta Health Services located next door. Brookfield Residential constructed this master-planned community to be higher in population density and adapt well to future growth. 1,300 multi-family and single-family residences make up Seton.
