I do things a little differently.

Someone buying real estate should have a "good fit" with their Realtor. This relationship is extremely important, as you are about to make an extremely important purchase. If there is not a good fit with your prospective Realtor, then I strongly advise you to choose somebody else to help you....you will regret it if you don't find that "good fit".

For this reason, I like to connect for a "meet and greet" with any prospective buyer.

I will come to a place that is convenient for you, and we can sit down and chat and see if there is a "good fit". Typically this might mean meeting for a coffee, or meeting in my real estate office.

If there is a connection for both of us, I would be happy to help you with your home search. I hope you appreciate this approach, as I respect the relationship that should exist between a client and Realtor.
