This community is split into upper and lower halves. The boundaries of the community include 14th Street to the west, Norfolk Way to the east, Ninga Road to the south, and 14th Street to the north. The community was founded in 1963 and by 2012 had a population of 2,288. Homes in the area number nearly 1,000 and the prices range from $500k to $1M approximately.

Bus routes 4 and 5 serve the North Haven community.

Parks & Recreation
North Haven is surrounded by parks like Egerts, Highwood, Cambrian Heights, Queens, Cayuga, Blakiston and Brenner. It doesn't have any within the community however. The biggest park borders the community and it's called Nose Hill. Everyone in the area knows this park as it is huge and perfect for walking and hiking. Most conveniently for shopping the Co-Op Brentwood Centre, Northland Village Mall and Market Mall are all to the west along Crowchild Trail featuring stores like Old Navy, Home Outfitters, Banana Republic, Addition Elle and Mexx.
