Internet Marketing Only

I wanted to explain a little bit about my business model and how I do my business. There are a lot of REALTORS® in our industry that do things a little differently and I think I'm one of them.

I'm not going to go so far as to say that it's a unique approach, as I do know other realtors that are taking my approach and are doing a fantastic job with it, but I think that those of us that are operating the way I'm going to explain here are probably still in the minority.

I'm an internet marketer. I focus all of my efforts on the internet and I focus on getting my properties the most exposure online. The buyers are online right now. I shouldn't even say right now.... as far back as 2008 the statistics on the buyers and where they're finding their properties and where they do their research were fairly overwhelming statistics. They pointed clearly to the fact that buyers are spending their time searching for properties on the internet. So I made a shift in my business model and I do everything online.

If you are looking for a REALTOR® who is going to flyer a neighbourhood, or flyer a building, or send out postcards....whatever the case may be, I'm not that REALTOR®. If that's something you're looking for, then I'm probably not the right REALTOR® for you. I focus all my efforts on getting my listings the most exposure possible with search engines and through a syndication network to other websites, and my success rate with that is great. But that's where I target my efforts. If I'm searching for a buyer for my client's listing, I'm going to go where the buyers are looking.

I'm not going to spend my time on newspaper ads and classifieds. Please understand, I'm not here to condemn those that do focus on print media, and say that the people doing that are doing it wrong. This is how I've chosen to market my properties.
