Home prices in Kincora range from $400,000 to $800,000, while the boundaries of the community include Shaganappi Trail to the west, Symon Valley Road to the east, and Stoney Trail to the south, as well as Symon Valley Parkway to the north. The 2012 population of the community was 4,876. Nearly 1,600 homes make up the community as well.
