The borders of Tuscany include 12 Mile Coulee to the west, Stoney Trail to the east, Nose Hill Drive to the south and Crowchild Trail to the north. 19,307 people make up the community, as well as 6,497 homes as of 2012. Home prices range from approximately $400,000 to $1,500,000.

Parks & Recreation
Much of the community is devoted to green space, such as the Tuscany Park which features a softball field. But the real star of the community is the 12 Mile Coulee Trailhead which begins in the community and forms much of its eastern side. This feature is very rare and unique for any community in Calgary.

The nearest stores include Starbucks, Subway, Blushing Peach Photography and Postcard Portables located right within the community; outside the community the Crowfoot Co-Op Shopping Centre has stores like M&M Meat, Chapters, Marble Slab, Sheila's Window Toppers, Tim Hortons and Golden Leaf Cigars.
