What are the boundaries of Mount Pleasant? 32nd Avenue to the north, 2nd Street to the east, 16th Avenue to the south and 10th Street to the west. In 2012 the population of this community was 4,851 persons living in 2,654 homes ranging in price from as high as $1M to as low as three hundred and fifty thousand. Mount Pleasant was first founded in 1912, making it one of Calgary's oldest communities.
