Eau Claire - SW Calgary Real Estate

Eau Claire is a very unique community in Calgary, and as such is very expensive. Home prices don't dip below $1,000,000 and can go as high as $6,000,000 and beyond in come cases. Condos and townhouses are the types of homes available in the area, with about 1,328 of them making up the community. In 2012 the population of Eau Claire was 1,851 persons.

Eau Claire Park lies to the west and Prince's Island Park to the north, across the Bow River.
