Parks & Recreation
Located within Copperfield is Copperfield Park, next to Wildflower Pond. To the west is Stillwater Pond, surrounding which is ample green space for residents to enjoy. Copperfield was built with the entertainment of residents in mind, however, and doesn't end with a few parks -- it also has tennis courts, a skating rink and a toboggan hill. When looking to get outside of the community for park fun, the Fish Creek Provincial Park and Bow River prove a popular draw for the entire surrounding area.
Residents of Copperfield only have to drive a short distance north to the Southpointe Shopping Centre, with a Shoppers Drug mart and Style Your Bag just outside the community as well. Located just west of Copperfield is Canyon Meadows Cinemas where residents can take in a movie.
There are no schools located directly within the boundaries of Copperfield, except St. Isabella Elementary/Junior High School.
