Auburn Bay - SE Calgary Real Estate


The community of Auburn Bay is lovingly called "cottage county". It is bordered to the north by Stoney Trail SE, 52 Street SE to the east, Seton Boulevard SE to the south and Deerfoot Trail to the west. Located throughout the community are small lakes, but the real star is Auburn Bay Lake which adjoins Auburn Bay Park.

Home prices in Auburn Bay range from the upper $200s to the upper $600s, from apartment style condos to townhomes, to duplexes, to starter homes to move up homes, and finally to estates.

Transit
Bus route 406 moves through the community of Auburn Bay, largely along Auburn Bay Boulevard SE. Six time points, or stops, are located throughout the community. Below is the bus terminal and the busses which run route 406. An LRT Park and Ride is slated for construction in the future directly within Auburn Bay, on its western side.

Parks & Recreation
The Auburn Bay Park is a highlight of the community, its greenery relatively tiny compared to the size of neighboring Auburn Bay Lake.

Located just outside Auburn Bay is a Save-On Foods and the South Health Campus location of Alberta Health Services. If you're looking to shop, just up the road is the Shawnessy Village Shopping Center and the Midnapore Mall, as well as a Pier 1 Imports. Also just north on Macleod trail you will find Landmark Cinemas 10 and Canyon Meadows Cinemas, as well as the Southcentre Mall. Drive further north, beyond Glenmore Trail, to enjoy the Chinook Bowladrome.
