Riverbend - SE Calgary Real Estate


Riverbend is a unique community that keeps nature in mind. How? It has its own park and even borders the large Carburn Park right alongside the Bow River on its western edge. Other borders of the community include Glenmore Trail to the north, 24 St SE to the east, and a tract of land just before Quarry Park Boulevard SE to the south.

Transit
Route 36 winds its way through Riverbend, with five stops along the way. The Chinook terminal is located off Centre St. and listed below are the busses which run route 36.

Parks & Recreation

Also located within Riverbend is the Riverbend Park for those looking to not travel far for their outside fun.
