Ranchlands - NW Calgary Real Estate

The Ranchlands are bordered by Nose Hill Drive to the west, Sarcee Trail to the east, Crowchild Trail to the south and John Laurie Boulevard to the north. The community was established in 1977 and by 2012 had a population of 7,626; 3,051 homes make up the community and they range in price from $300,000 to $600,000 approximately.

Bus routes 37, 43, 137, and 143 serve the community.

Ranchero Park and Ranchlands Community Park are both located within the community; in fact they face one another with the center of the community between them.
