The boundaries of Maple Ridge are Southland Drive to the north, Anderson Road to the south, Deerfoot Trail to the east and Acadia Drive to the west. This community is geared more towards those interested in retirement rather than starting a family, as a golf course is clearly its main focus.

Home prices range from $500,000 to $800,000. In Maple Ridge 811 homes exist, making it one of the smaller developed communities in Calgary.
